Friday Harbor Washington
Located on San Juan Island in San Juan County in the state of Washington, USA, Friday Harbor is a picturesque town with a population of approximately 2,100 people. Named after Joseph Friday. Friday was a Hawaiian man who was employed by Hudson’s Bay Company’s Cowlitz farm in Washington and eventually moved north to San Juan Island where he raised sheep around the harbor. If you’re looking to travel to Washington State you should definitely consider a visit to Friday Harbor if only to capture some photographs of the great views and take a ride on the Friday Harbor Ferry.
