So Neiman Marcus is running a shopping spree giveaway.

You can win a $3000 David Yurman shopping spree.

The sweepstakes started running since the 25th of July and you have until the 28th of August to enter.

To enter you have to be a legal resident of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia and Canada, you have to be 18 years or older and you have to have access to the Internet because you can only enter via the Internet.

So who is David Yurman anyway?

Well David Yurman is obviously a designer; but what does he design? Seems to be jewelry according to this bit of info from wikipedia:

David Yurman (born 1942) is the founder of the David Yurman jewelry company. His signature jewelry line is comprised of “cable” jewelry, made from twisted sterling silver ropes.

Yurman established his company in 1979. Yurman, along with his wife Sybil, have sought, in the company’s words, “to fuse art, fashion and fine jewelry.”.[citation needed] The company is also notable for its use of supermodels in its advertising campaigns. Past campaigns have included models such as Kate Moss, Naomi Campbell, and Amber Valletta and more. In 2006, Naomi Watts replaced Valletta as the face of the brand.

Yurman jewelry can be found at Bloomingdale’s, Nordstrom, Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, some Carlyle & Co. stores, and other retailers. Recently, Yurman has opened flagship stores in New York City, Chicago, Boston, South Coast Plaza, Bal Harbour, Orlando, Houston, Dallas, Atlanta, and Las Vegas. A store at King of Prussia Mall in Pennsylvania opened in October 2006, and Austin, Texas, in March 2007. The Beverly Hills Rodeo Drive location opened in January 2007 and is expected to generate $4 million dollars in sales in 2007, according to Women’s Wear Daily .

You can bet you won’t walk off with a shopping cart filled with goodies if you win the Neiman Marcus David Yurman shopping spree. There are some reasonably priced items for a $3000 budget. You could probably manage to get 6 items if you limited each item to $495 price tag; but you won’t find too many items to chose from in that price range. There are a few items ranging from $295 – $550; but they probably won’t be the ones that will capture your attention. The nicer stuff is of course significantly more expensive. If you wanted just 1 of his silver ice mosaic bangles, for example, you would be out of luck as the silver ice mosaic bangles retail at $4100.
